  We had a great turnout during our first promotional food truck cook out on March 21st, 2021. We were making and serving food continuously from 11:30am through 4pm. I am forever grateful and thankful to Almighty God to have opened the hearts of so many individuals, neighbors and friends who came out to celebrate with us. I learned a lot and gained so much from everyone, especially the guy that is standing right behind me in this photo. We can’t mention who he is but the tidbits that he shared with me that day from his vast experiences in the restaurant business and operations is priceless. I will be making some if not all of the changes he had suggested, God willing, to better improve our operation. It was great to see all the neighbors and friends who could come out and not just to see us but just hanging out and having conversations with each other. Hi! We are working on balancing the safety of our patrons and staff and are looking for ways to calibrate our operations while we navigate together through current pandemic situations. Safety is our first priority. While we follow guidelines according to servsafe certification for food safety, making sure our patrons are aware of any food allergens and follow and monitor any changes in guidelines from CDC and all other health officials especially on COVID-19, we know and acknowledge that we can only control what we do and know only what we currently know. We believe that serving our patrons in an outdoor setting helps to minimize the spread of covid virus, we encourage our patrons to recognize that we can further help to protect each other especially the most vulnerable amongst us from getting exposed. This is the reason why we are asking our patrons with love to respect each other and follow guidelines as simple as social distancing and wearing masks. Having said this, we also believe
